As a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults, focusing on emotional pain, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Using a relaxed, compassionate, and collaborative approach, I draw from psychodynamic, client-centered, and dialectical behavioral therapies to help you reconnect with your true self, establish healthy boundaries, and build self-worth. I deeply respect the bravery it takes to seek help and am honored to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for meaningful change and healing, aligned with LGBTQIA affirmative values, Health at Every Size, and intuitive eating principles. Based in Los Angeles, I offer both in-person therapy and Teletherapy video sessions across California.
